Simple and effective. It's a lot smaller than I expected, but it cooks the advertised amount and the size makes it very easy to store, so that's great. It only has two settings and none of the bells and whistles of the specialty rice cookers, but it does produce some decent rice. Well cooked, separated grains, and little burned spots.
