    Waited 3 weeks, came damaged, had to return it.

    It took forever to deliver. The delivery company showed up without even announcing arrival. Yes, it is cheaper than in big box retailers, but you pay crap, you get crap, both product and service.

    Disappointed in the Quality

    I specifically looked for a French door refrigerator that didn't have a water/ice dispenser in the front of the door, and this was the perfect fit! I even love the drawer and the inside storage! However, the stainless steel is so incredibly fragile - it dents and dings so easily. It all began when the delivery guy pushed it back in place leaving dents where his hands were. I should have sent it back then and there, and I wish I would have - especially for the price. I will not buy this brand again.
