Don’t listen to the bozo writing a poor review on the brightness who doesn’t realize how to adjust the settings—user error. It is perfectly bright. Make sure you use the monitors joystick at the bottom middle to adjust and calibrate accordingly with graphics card driver and windows setting. This is a phenomenal monitor and very sleek.
Colors are brilliant. Deep blacks are virtually flawless. Watching HDR Oled videos on YouTube to check visual quality has been a pleasure. Games look much better than on my Odyssey Neo g7 qled. Monitor stays really cool even at 100 brightness. Easy to recommend, especially with routine Image Retention Prompts often enough i do not need to even think about it. 3 year warranty too? Easy to recommend if you want a step up from VA or IPS panels.
Graphics are beautiful, gameplay and YouTube videos on it feel real smooth, adjustable brightness is helpful to have and dynamic, very study stand and durable. Also has ALL THE FRAMES I COULD NEED!
Annoying monitor prompts on screen require intervention every couple of hours. But clarity and Brightness are phenomenal. You don't see the curve.
This monitor is a mixed bag. First , the things that are great1) Screen looks amazing. If you are coming from an IPS monitor, you will definitely see the difference.2) Slim profile and is not as bulky as some of the other monitors.3)Display over HDMI looks flawless4) USB C charging for laptop (as long as your laptop needs 65w)5) Height adjustment lets you lower monitor significantly, i sit closer to the screen - so this helps in preventing looking up all the time for reading near top edge.Now that we have covered whats great about it , lets see whats not so great1) Screen brightness isnt as pu
Got this to pair with my 5090 and it’s as good as I could ever ask for. Responsive panel with wide and accurate color spectra. Sound quality is as tinny as one would expect but they do get louder than the average monitor speaker. They’re a fine as a last resort but I do try to use dedicated speakers when possible
honestly just look some where else or wait. oled technology is just so bad at the moment. especially for PCs and gaming. these monitors are VERY dark and the only acceptable way to use them is at 100% brightness with HDR and u can literally feel the heat coming off of it. the asus models come with better cooling then these generic acer models but asus does not offer a curved panel with their qd oleds. Also my biggest con is the base. the monitor sticks off the arm around 6 inches or so and the feet are a near 90 degree angle V shape. i have a custom built desk thats deeper than most u will buy
