I am not sure why there would be any negative reviews with regard to the Echo Show 11. It isn’t perfect but it sure is a tremendous value. I've owned several versions of the show device over the years. The original Echo Show 10 being the best one for sound but got slow. The 2nd gen Echo show 10 was terrible...always turning itself and constantly hanging.....audio was horrible as well a significant downgrade from the original Echo Show 10.I took a chance on this device as I thought it couldn't possibly be any worse than the 2nd Gen Show 10. Well, it's pretty good. I upgraded from an Echo Show 5 because I feel like the room that it's in is large enough to warrant a larger display, which I can see more clearly from further away. It does this, though I feel like I should have gone with the 11, but that is my own fault. The screen does look really good, clear, and vibrant.
