The heart and soul of my baby! I love my computer and this was the first part. The start of it all. It's done me nothing but greatness! It has m.2 ports all over, and has been an awesome first motherboard to learn how to easily load bios. It's been sturdy and with all the gen 5 capabilities its let me upgrade as I can afford it, in this crazy market.

REGARDING ORDER AND DELIVERY:I suggest that before you order any expensive item from Amazon, plan to be present for the delivery as best you can. This involves tracking your package and watching your e-mail for the one-time six digit security code you'll need to tell the driver. My code arrived about the same time the package was sent out for delivery. The driver arrived at my door one hour after my package was sent out for delivery. Your miles may vary. Very good motherboard i used it to build my first pc and it is amazing, the boot time is really fast and it is very stable and you can control how cool you want the pc by downloading armoury crate

Quick and painless setup with multiple 5v jacks along the right side and bottom of the board for fans. Good setup for a glass case where you want to hide the wires as much as possible. Quality build and the solder job on the PCB doesn’t look bad. Had a few issues with drivers but eventually got it squared away.I like that it has so many M.2 storage slots for expanded storage (games are becoming massive)- PSA I did have an issue with games stuttering horribly because I had an Ethernet cable connected and the WiFi on my PC turned on at the same time so it was bouncing connections back and forth

CPU cooling towers can cover the ram. Other than that it's great! Not enough reason to knock it a star.

The ASUS ROG Strix B850-A motherboard sure indeed is a powerful gaming motherboard. One of the best rated on major sites. For some reason though, I've ran into a lot of stability issues with this board. One of them being the volume. Imagine this, sitting there on your pc enjoying a youtube video maybe even a game of the newest battlefield, anything that involves volume... 10 or so minutes in, volume cuts out. Have to go into the volume settings and switch devices to get it to start working again. And this has been happening since the very first day I installed it. I've built many precious pc's

Looks stunning in a white build, VRMs are beefy (runs my 9800X3D @ 120 W PPT all day without throttling), BIOS is buttery smooth, WiFi 7 is blazing, and RGB is tasteful. Everything you expect from a high-end ASUS board.Only real downside: sleep/wake is unreliable – had three failed wake-ups in a month that required hard reset. After my last ASUS TUF died from bad power cycling, I just disabled sleep entirely. As long as you turn the PC off completely (or leave it on), it’s flawless. Still 100% worth it for the looks and features, just don’t use sleep mode.

If you can get it on sale, it's great value, I'd 100% recommend it, it's safe for X3D CPUs, and asus BIOS allows for good tweakings, just keep in mind it's not fully white, more like silverish, still looks great, good VRMs for pretty much any CPU, and good hearsinks, connectivity wise is good, not great, but if you need a lot of USB ports, just get something else. The manual is also easy to understand, but I wouldn't recommend building without a tutorial. Can handle high speed memory, and the heat sinks are beefy for your primary SSD, BIOS is easy to update and shouldn't take longer than 5 min
