bella 16-Cup Rice Cooker and Steamer, Oatmilk

This is the best purchase I've made in a while. I use it all the time and it cooks rice perfectly in under 20 mins. The steamer basket is super handy too and has helped me get more veggies in at dinner time. Just set it and forget it, it'll keep your rice nice and warm until you unplug it. Oh, and it's huge! Like 16 cups huge. I only use about 2 cups of rice but this cooker can cook much larger portions for much larger families! Great rice cooker for potlucks!

I cook 4 cups everyday of rice, so decided to try this brand since I had try many other and they peel inside, I’m on my day 5 of using this, and haven’t experienced no peeling on the inside as of yet. While the outside of the pot is already starting to worn off a little it doesn’t interfere with the pot inside! Cook rice perfectly every single time, I ad a tap of oil and a pinch of salt. I doesn’t burn the rice and rice doesn’t stick to the bottom, cleaning is easy since is non stick and I was so impressed with the size because of the price I thought it was going to be in a smaller size. Do not buy this item. I usually get a cheap small rice cooker , wanted to get a bigger more aesthetically pleasing for my counter top. This thing didn’t even last 6 MONTHS. Started smoking and burning after probably only the 5th or 6th use. Then it just stoped working. Don’t buy this product. Buy the cheaper one, it’ll last you years.

I am really enjoying the entire Bella line of appliances. I've never heard of this brand before and the rice cooker was the first thing that we bought from them. The rice cooker looks really nice and has a bunch of small design touches that I think are smart. For example, the cord wraps into the base and hides away, and it comes with a spatula and a measuring cup. The rice cooker does exactly that, cooks rice and it does it really quickly. I have had this rice cooker now over 6 months. It still looks brand new! I have had other popular brands which by now show wear on the inside. By now the rice starts getting stuck to the bottom. My Bella is still as non-stick as the day I got it. BEST RICE COOKER I HAVE EVER OWNED HANDS DOWN!!!

At first I was nervous because it was in original packaging and not sealed at all. There were some minor imperfections and the inner pot was either slightly dented or just not symmetrical. The inner pot didn't seem to sit flush even when it was heavier with rice. There were minor scratches too, but gave it a try since I'm so busy and lazy with returns. Very first time it switched from Cook to Warm by itself after a couple of minutes. The bottom came out a little burnt the first 2x. It vibrated and make some weird noises, so I was afraid of leaving it unattended. A few uses in and it works fine

Affordable and beautifull

I should have read the reviews! I would absolutely give zero stars if I could. I purchased the unit on April 14th, and the unit stopped working on May 15th, one day after my return window closed.I used the rice cooker a total of 4 times, each time a burning plastic smell was noticed. Upon using the 4th time the unit shorted out and stopped working.Contacting customer service they require video evidence to take any action. I submitted the requested information and video only to have keep reaching out to get an update on what they will do. Before processing a refund they require another video sh
