Overall the range hood is great. Powerful suction, easy to clean, great user interfaces, and bright elimination. Noice level is pretty low. Because of the voice and gesture interfaces, operating the hood is easy.On installation, hanging from cabinet is easy due to the use of hanging screws like those used in installing some microwave. However it took me a while to apply the given template due to the fact that you most likely are going to place the template on the upper side of the cabinet bottom and you have to take into consideration of the thickness of the panel and that of your splash. I couldn’t be more happy! I was intimidated to install this and hired someone because a hole needed to be cute to vent out the side of the building. He charged me $350. I don’t know if that was a great deal but was happy I didn’t have to do it :). The hood vent itself is SO NICE! Quiet motor, everything works as advertised! Got a screaming deal on it during Amazon days otherwise it would have just been a dream. I’m glad I chose this particular model and brand after days and days of research. The voice controls are nice. But the hand swipe is even better! It looks so good better than imagined!

This is a beautiful range hood. It is well-designed, powerful and I love the voice command and hand gesture controls. We opted for a ductless installation. Although, it took us a little while to figure out, even with the instructions, once we did, it was a very easy installation. It fits perfectly in the space. No modifications necessary. Overall, we are very pleased with the look and all the features. It is certainly a very nice statement piece in the kitchen and looks way better than the microwave over the cook top. Extremely happy with this purchase so far.

I purchased this rangehood on October 8. While the design is nice, the performance is unacceptable. I have now experienced the same critical failure three times. Whenever I am cooking with all four burners on (like during a party or family gathering), the unit completely shuts down and dies.To get it working again, I have to unplug it and wait about 30 minutes for it to cool down, but it only stays on for another 39–40 minutes before dying again. It has failed me three times now, always at the worst possible moment when the house is full of guests and smoke/steam.I contacted customer service,

The size of this range hood matches perfectly with the space, so installation wasn’t a problem. Although installing it myself took a bit of time and effort, the process was still manageable and everything fit well in the end. It runs so smooth and can use voice to controls. Noise level is acceptable .
