In my opinion, Casio has some of the best watches I've ever owned! This watch, specifically, is very good. The build and wrist strap on the watch look great and are very clean. I like how the watch has alarms to set and a stopwatch to use. The alarm noises aren't loud, but they're loud enough for you to hear them. It feels great to wear on my wrist and doesn't feel uncomfortable at all. Lastly, I like how it's water-resistant, so I don't need to worry about taking it off in the rain. Casio watches are some of the best affordable watches ever, and I highly recommend this.

Strip away all the fanciness of a digital watch and you’re left with the Casio A158WA, and that’s not a bad thing at all! The watch has a great retro touch to it! It provides the day of the week, date and time all in the main face screen. The light is pretty funny though how much it “illuminates”. It’s still a 5 star watch in my opinion because I don’t use this watch in pitch black (if you do maybe consider another watch) ALSO, the font is a great size and easy to read!

If you're looking for the accuracy, simplicity, and reliability of the Casio F91W with a little bit more flair and a better strap then you can't go wrong with the A158. This is a really good looking watch and will be appreciated by those of us who remember when watches weren't the huge, heavy monstrosities like most are today.Sure it doesn't have the "Electroluminescent" backlight of the 168, but that's not really a problem for me as I will be wearing this as a work watch and this one looks much better in my opinion. This is - without a doubt - the best watch you can possibly buy for the money. It's cheap, but it doesn't feel cheap, and it doesn't look cheap. It's quite simple, but the design is both charmingly retro and also timeless. The band is real metal, comfortable, and easy to adjust, requiring only a small-tipped tool - and it fits my small wrist. It has an easy-to-use alarm and chrono function, and the screen has a backlit feature that works well at night. I get just as many compliments on this watch as I do my much more expensive watches. I love this thing!

Awesome watch. I’ve worn a watch since I was 16 and hardly ever am I without 1. Casio makes a great watch for everyday use. No extra bevels or quirky modes. Very easy to set up and use. I’ve owned it for short of a month now and had no battery issues but we’ll see in 6months.I’ve worn in in the shower by accident and had 0 issues with water, even in the pool.Only complaint is the light. When I do press the light button, it is very dim and only lights up the hour and the first digit of the minutesI would recommend for easy everyday use for under $50

Ha. This is a watch of contradictions. Cheap, yet well-made. Small, but noticeable. Old, but it feels so damn new. The watch performs flawlessly and despite mentions of it being retro, it is slick, modern, and even better looking in person.I will say, however, that I found the included contract unusual and potentially disturbing. When I placed the order, a prompt I’d never seen before appeared, inviting me to read and sign a contract.
