This pellet stove does what it says, far better than the box store brand I had that was noisy and did not heat my 1300 square foot home but the Castle serenity gets my whole house nice and warm, runs quite and I love the way you can program the settings

It’s my first stove. I did not know what to expect. First, it’s made in CHINA. That is why it’s affordable. It does come with compromise. Not a lot. But some. When it runs, it runs. 2-3 months problem free. I replaced igniter. Not too difficult. And power switch. Normal wear & tear on door seal. I failed to clear ashes from chute. Which led to stove literally exploding inside. Hot debris blows out rear. Animals ran upstairs. It’s a beautiful stove with lots of glass to appreciate the flame. I wish it handled more than 40 lbs. This has been a great addition this winter wished I'd done it before. Stove is easy to set up and maintain. Puts out great heat really consistent. I can get about 24 hours out of a 40 lb sack of pellets. Saving a lot of money on propane this winter as the pellets in my area are very cheap comparatively. Like I said buy it you won't be disappointed.

So far so good. Got my electric bill WAY down. You must try different brands of pellets. All are not equal. Find a good brand and TheN buy a bunch of 40lbs. Bags

woulda gave it 5 star but exhaust motor didn't work when I received it hard to get ahold of someone to get a new part other than that it's a cheap price stove
