This rice cooker makes the fluffiest jasmine rice that doesn’t get hard when you keep it in the refrigerator overnight. For brown rice, you will need to refresh the water and run the machine a couple extra times. It seems to be more suitable for white rice.Some advice- transfer the rice to a dish and wash the basket as soon as it’s done cooking or the basket will be a pain to wash. This is the best rise cooker I've ever owned. I can't praise this cooker enough. I get perfect rice every time. Just set it & go on to other things. Follow the few simple instructions for cooking & clean up & you'll be a happy camper. I've owned this now for almost a year with no problems.

This is a great little rice cooker and works very well. I like the digital controls and the keep-warm feature. The size is perfect for one or two people, but it is too small for a family. Overall, it is a good product for a small household or anyone cooking smaller portions.

I love this low carb rice cooker. My husband thought it would be a gimmick when I ordered it but he was surprised at how much better the rice tasted. Does not spike up his blood sugar either. It is perfect for our household. Some reviews wanted a larger capacity however I think the size is ideal in a kitchen with many other appliances. It cooks in 30 minutes which is quick so if you wanted more you could keep making and refrigerate the rice in a glass dish with an air tight lid. It keeps the rice soft as well and will stays fresh for up to 3 days.

I purchased the CWC Smart Lifting Glass Rice Cooker on December 17, 2025. We generally used it about twice a week. Today, September 9, 2026, the rice cooker suddenly started tripping the GFCI outlet. I tried plugging it into multiple outlets in different areas of the house, and the same thing happened each time.I never expected a product like this to fail after only about eight months of normal use. Very disappointing, especially considering the relatively short lifespan.
