Amazingly simple to setup, just plug everything in and they work. Picture quality is great, and the motion tracking is a great feature. I have had several different cameras over the years but for no subscription these are best

very unhappy with this product i bought this system in june only needed 2 cameras at that point but when i started to lose cameras on my other system i started to switch to this system and just pulled out the 4th camera and it didn't work at all and the company hasn't responded to my message what a great customer service i will never get this system again or anything by this company now the supposedly it has a built in memory system and its saying i have no memory installed if i could give this a zero star i would wat a waste of $400

UPDATE: I was able to contact the seller's customer service and spoke with Lily. She helped guide us through some troubleshooting which led us to determine that the NVR unit had definitely failed. Lily shipped a replacement right out and we are back up and running. Outstanding customer service. ORIGINAL POST: The DVR stopped working in just a few weeks. I really liked the video quality and the cameras were easy to use. The range was fantastic. Very nice system but I'm so disappointed that it did not last.

This was one project i was procrastinating over.All i had to do basically plug everything in and connect it to my wifi. Plug and play.

So far so good. Wireless is weak. As of right now it’s a little touchy but works to suit me. Looks nice but a little big. What can you expect with all it can do. Ordering cat 6 to take care of the wi fi problem.

I purchased this PTZ NVR camera system to replace a fixed camera system that I've had for several years. The cameras connected smoothly with the NVR as it did to my wireless router.The tracking and the 10X zoom works well with clear video pictures, unfortunately one camera was faulty. I contacted customer support with an email address included in the camera package.The following day Emma from customer support phoned me and after discussing the problem with me she immediately shipped a replacement camera which I received within 3 days. Now that's what I would call great support.Thank you Emma.

This security camera system is fantastic! The dual-lens zoom lets me see both wide and close-up views at the same time, and the video quality is super clear—even at night. Installation was simple, and the signal is very stable through walls. The built-in screen is convenient, and the two-way audio is a great bonus. It’s a good purchasing!

Wasn't hard to set up. Works pretty well. Still playing with base station wifi vs direct connection to the network, but the wireless cameras have good range. I like that's its free-standing and doesn't require a subscription, though, enhanced features do need a subscription.
