The first thing I tested was the sharpness of the blades and they were extremely sharp, so I definitely see no issues with these blades cutting most things. The handle is not wood, but is PP, and has a wood appearance. From my understanding PP is generally dishwasher safe, so that should be fine, however, I can see a line along the handle suggested two halves were joined together on the steel portion of the handle, so I'm not sure how well these two halves are combined together to avoid splitting in the future. The biggest concern, however, is that there's a concern that washing the handles ma
