I love these knives! I discovered them while on vacation. We rented a condo in NC and these knives were in the utensil drawer. They cut through everything from a tomato to a steak with ease. They are very durable, I love the granite color. I wash them by hand and dry them right away. to me they are worth more than I paid for them. Beware, they are very sharp!!I wish the safety guards wee better. They give you tiny plastic guards that really only cover the very tip of the knife.

I love my cooking and struggle to find a good knife that actually cuts. THIS set cuts everything like soft butter. I even tested on a big watermelon and right on through it went.We did the "toss the food in the air and slice through it" test and it did! The non-serrated edge ones even cut through breads.Highly recommend.
