I'm impressed with this knife set.. the handles look to be of quality wood or wood-like and is full tang with a very nice weight to it.. I really like the ergonomic design - I wasnt sure how they'd feel in the hand but I can tell they won't be slipping around as I cut meats and veggies.. They look very sharp the presentation was great for gifting.. they came in a nice shrink wrapped package so you know it is truly new vs so many other sets where the ends are taped and you've no clue if you're really the first.. Just really pleasantly surprised especially for the price

My Chef Knife developed chips in it after a year. Good set but i was dissapointed. Aslo was hard contacting the warranty departmet. Took amazon customer support 40 min to track down a number for me to call. Other than that i really like the set. Hope the pictures help. As a side note the knife was used during nornal chopping of vegatables and wooden chopping board.

I’ve used only the chefs style knife a few times a week since I purchased the set a few years ago and it’s still sharp enough to slice meats (even frozen) and veggies so I haven’t sharpened since I purchased. The wood still looks great and no rust on blade.
