Garvee 30L Stainless Steel Step Trash Can for Kitchen D-Shape Quiet Close

Slightly smaller than our old one but works fine...sturdy and unblemished. Our old one lasted just over 10 years. I see no reason why this one will be any different.

I had a motion sensor one that never worked right with a frame to hold the bag in place that was very difficult to deal with. I got tired of fighting with it, so bought this one. It’s actually the best garbage can I’ve ever had. It’s a bit bigger, a 13 gallon drawstring bag fits perfectly over the edge of the inner can with no having to cinch up the strings. It holds more, and the bag comes right out when full without a struggle. I’ve noticed no odor, even when full. I would highly recommend this can.

Really like this trash can. Took off one star because the soft close/slow close mechanism stopped working after 10 days. I'm pretty mechanical but haven't been able to fix it. The "self troubleshoot" section was of no help, and I can't find a way to contact the seller. The open/close still works, it just doesn't close slowly anymore. Not a big deal, but it's a $70 can - shouldn't have broken with regular use by one person so quickly. That said, the shape of the can ("D" shape) means I cannot overstuff the bag, making it so much easier to remove and properly secure a bag of trash. I don't have

Loved it until the lip of the inside removable can snapped off. Can’t seem to find a replacement for this. Seems to have been a weak spot in lip around top of insert.

I have used this trash can for several months. It shipped packaged safely with no scratches or dents. The lid easily opens using the foot pedal and closes quietly. I have seen no fingerprints on the stainless steel exterior. The liner is not visible from the exterior and stays in place even with a full load. The bag is easy to remove. I think that the black lid cleans up better than a stainless steal lid.
