    Great Buy

    OEM GE Part. About half the price from online GE Parts and free shipping.Installed in 15 minutes, was very easy. Make sure you unplug electricity and turn off water. Have a vacuum nearby our refrigerator had a lot of dust especially on the coils.Also turn water on and inspect for leaks prior to installing back panel. So far works great.

    Quality OEM product

    I decided to spend $35 on an OEM replacement rather than a generic valve. This item looks like the original and was very easy to install. I took off 1 star as my fridge now makes more noise when filling the ice maker than the original part. I would still recommend this product.

    Water Inlet Valve

    It worked for me. I had two problems. Low water pressure from the dispenser and no ice production. Water inlet valve solved both of these problems and was very easy to install. It's the same model as the old one I replaced. I'm happy.

    GE Replacement Part

    This was a water supply valve for ice maker and filtered water supply. It was shipped in a flimsy plastic bag. Of course the plastic part with the metal electrical plugs got broken because it was not protected by a box.

    Easy to replace.

    I replaced but this was not the problem. No water coming out dispenser. Plastic tubing to water cooling tank cracked leaking water. Replaced tank.
