George Foreman Family Grill & Panini Press, Ceramic Nonstick

Purchased this to grill on as I do not use the oven and don't have a place to barbecue. This grill heats up fast and cooks the same way. You will learn how long to keep your food on this grill depending on how well done you like your food. This grill will seare both sides of your steak etc to keep all the juices inside to give your food the best taste possible. Fast cooking, easy to use and cleanup with the non stick service is a breeze. I highly recommend this grill as the cost is low but but the flavors of the food you will cook on it are big!

I've been enjoying this little grill. It's very basic, no temperature controls and very simple to use. Makes a tasty burger in a jiffy and I even enjoy cooking my ribeyes in it. Previously, I was making my burgers in a skillet and they were OK but because this heats up to a nice temp, it sears the meat nicely and gives a better flavor. It cooks very quickly as well. Top and bottom at the same time, no flipping. You can experiment to find out how long is perfect for you depending on the thickness etc. It does get very hot so don't plan on moving it around after it heats up unless you have high

This is a good product however, if you place it on an angle your burgers can slide down onto the counter or the floor. Cleaning it is easy but I think that having removable panels is better. The size is perfect for small meals. Burgers and chicken cook extremely well. Just look out for the steam because it can be a hazard and it billows up. Keep it away from your cabinets and other things. The cord is a little short so consider placement. Otherwise, it does what it's supposed to do.

Nice, light and easy to store. Very easy to clean. Browns hamburgers perfectly without the splatter. Nice old school grease catcher. Says 5 servings but I think it cooks better doing only 4 hamburgers at once instead.

I bought a George Foreman "Submersible" Grill 18-months ago and was very disappointed with it - the "durable non-stick surface" was noticeably dulled the first time it went through the dishwasher, and after the second wash I had to use non-stick spray to prevent food from adhering to it - on top of that the drip-pan was made of brittle plastic, soon broke, and wouldn't you know it - they're on backorder. So, I decided to go back to a more conventional design like my older GFG's, and this one has been fantastic so far. The first thing that jumped-out at me was how it heats-up in literally HALF

I’m a devout Foreman Grill guy and this unit doesn’t measure up to my last two. Specifically: the unit needs a “lip” at the end because otherwise food falls right off and into the drip tray. Secondly, the hinge isn’t big enough, so food gets pushed towards the front and the items towards the front are badly undercooked because the top of the grill never touches them.The grill plates are not removable; I thought they were. This isn’t a major drawback, the surface is very easy to clean.I wouldn’t buy it again but I will continue to use it for a while longer yet.

I recently bought this grill so I can curb my spending on takeout all the time, spent 80 clams worth of groceries to last me for the week so I can grill on this bad boy.Watched some YouTube tutorials, read the instructions, and yesterday was my first time using the grill, let alone cooking a burger without assistance, so I had burgers I bought, made four of them not all at once though; the burgers I bought were store brand and somewhat thin after I was done grilling 2 at a time.But the grill did it's job and cooked everything was cooked thoroughly.
