Update: Aug, 2024This thing just works every time! It needs a new blade now. I had to buy more batteries for it. I now have the two 4 amp-hour batteries that came with it and I bought after that. With those two sets of batteries, I'm good to go! Even if I get negligent and the grass gets real high, I don't run out of battery. I know exactly how much to mow before I change the batteries. I try to leave one bar on the batteries to be kind to them. In many ways, this is much better! Believe it or not, I've found that I can do the lawn with this thing faster than I could with the zero turn riding

My first effort was a fail. Extreme heat, dense grass that was still damp from the dew, batteries overheated in about 20 minutes. A did about half of the front yard. After the professional we'd been using cut it a few days after that, it's lower and thinner now. Also, lawn treatment killed off the other type of grass that was thicker. So I went out again. Updated 12/27/2023I have now owned and used this mower for a full season in the mid Florida area. It is still working great and has managed my St Augustine lawn with no issues although I have used Turbo mode a few times when I miss my weekly summer mowing schedule and my grass is longer. Good design, workmanship, batteries, and very easy to operate (even not the self-propelled one).

I have had this mower for about a year and it is great. It's lightweight makes it very easy to push around the yard. The batteries lasts more than long enough to mow a half acre. And It is very quiet! height adjustment is super easy.

They pay so much for good reviews and high rankings that they can't afford good service or a warranty. If you want to be left with a piece of junk after 2-3 years of very little use, I recommend this overrated brand.

Just used the mower for the first time and am very impressed with it. I have a very small yard so the battery capacity is plenty for me. Still have three out of four bars left after finishing my small yard. Power is great and the thick grass that I have. No noticeable bog down or slow down. Nice clean thorough cut. Extremely quiet and little to no vibration at all compared to a gas mower. Very light and easy to maneuver. But still solid construction.
