Hamilton Beach Go Sport Portable Blender For Smoothies

I became quickly fed up with my portable blender. I didn’t like that it wouldn’t run while it was charging and the battery barely lasted long enough to blend a smoothie. This blender fixed that problem! Since this blender plugs in you never have to worry about the battery dying while you’re blending and you never have to remember to charge it. It’s small enough that it’s still really easy to store. I’m able to make bigger smoothies since the cup is bigger than many other rechargeable blenders. It’s very easy to operate. I didn’t expect a lot from this I got it for travel. I was quite impressed. It chopped up the ice nicely and create an acceptable smoothie. Totally worth the price. Not sure how long it will last but working so far

I bought this blender after my previous one developed mold around the top of the cup after about a year of use. For the price, I’m really impressed with this one so far.I especially like the three different modes. I can adjust the speed manually or use the pulse function when I just need a few quick bursts, which gives me more control depending on what I’m blending.The quality also surprised me. I've only had it a short time. I replaced my full size HB blender with the Go Sport. It's easier to use and clean than my old one. I make myself protein shakes with frozen fruit. So far, it works very well. I have had good luck with Hamilton Beach products. I also have a HB food processor. Their products are more durable than the lower price reflects.

Now I get what other reviewers have said about the small mouth. It does make it harder to both get things in without making a mess and to clean the inside. One other "engineering" miss is the placement of the handle makes it so that you cannot flip the lid back past it. Unfortunately, when you raise it to drink out of it, the lid falls on your nose :-). Neither of these were deal-breakers though and it does live up to its ability to blend just about anything.

DO NOT buy this blender. It is the worst design EVER! It is narrow in the middle, which makes ingredient IMPOSSIBLE to blend. The mouth of it is very narrow and every time I try to put berries in it, they spill all over. TERRIBLE product. 😡 negative 3 rating

It doesn't do a good blending ice. It won't break up all the chunks of ice.I purchased the Ninja Blend Boss and it works great. Very powerful motor with intelligent mode presets that start and stop cycles. I wish I had purchased it first.
