I had the mixer for over a year now, and thought to make a review about itI have used it quite a bit to make dough for various pastries, breads, cakes, cookies and other desserts. I used all the attachments, including the whip whisker.I have to say, it did the job very well, and the dough that comes out of the bowl of this stand mixer is wonderful, and well mixed.I have made many cakes, bread, pies, and cookies and all came back better than what I expected.I have recently made cinnamon rolls using this stand mixer to make the dough, photos of which are included in this review.pros,quick to ass

I have been using a larger Kitchen Aid mixer for years, but as I have gotten older it was getting too heavy for me to move around in the kitchen as I did not keep it on the kitchen counter all the time. I have been baking for 45 years and when I saw the Hamilton Beach mixer 4 quart it was just what I was looking for. Great little mixer. I gave away my large, heavy, expensive mixer (you know the one), and found I needed a mixer for cookie dough and whipping butter. This one is great at whipping butter, faster than the one it replaced. Love that it tilts. It’s much lighter and easier to carry, move, and manage. Sweet and easy clean up. Nothing terribly heavy or large, very easy to wash stainless bowl and parts by hand in the sink. Easier to store. Because it’s not heavy, the suction cups on the bottom need a flat surface to keep it from the little bit of bouncing or moving when it’s at higher speeds. Properl

I've previously owned a Kitchen-Aid which I loved, but it got damaged (no fault of its own) so researched less expensive options since I didn't use it often but still wanted one when needed. This one fits the bill, although the bowl is smaller than my previous one, it still easily fits a double batch of cookies which is the most I usually need size-wise. The weight is much less & the handle on top is super handy. It has suction cups on the bottom to help hold it in place on the counter when in use, another helpful plus. I just love this mixer. So easy to use and the color is so attractive. Everything works well and makes mixing so easy.

Works very nice. Has 3 paddles handles heavy duty jobs, as well as small mixing jobs.

It has been a few months since I purchased it, and I use it occasionally. It has proven to be a valuable aid when preparing bread dough, even if only in small batches.
