    Super sharp. I’ve had the same set of knives for 8 years and updated to this cute 💜 set. I’ve had them now for a week and have Loved them. But the other night cutting up some produce I accidentally stabbed my hand ✋🏻 . 🩸 🩸 🩸 I haven’t done that in years.But goes to show… these are sharp and slide through like soft butter, you do Not need to put much force into cutting.Such a nice set ,and love the guards and different colors of them all.
