When moving into my off-campus apartment for college, I was concerned about having multiple HDMI input devices for my old Samsung TV. While the TV had two HDMI ports, I needed to connect four HDMI devices (Amazon Firestick, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck Dock, and Blu-ray DVD player) to my TV.Right out of the box was an instruction manual that clearly walked me through how to set it up. First, deliver power to the HDMI switch via a micro-USB cable plugged into an outlet. Second, connect an HDMI cable (not included) from the TV to the switch. Third, add two AAA batteries to the HDMI Switch remote.

I bought this as I was tired of my pair of two toggle type switches I was using to go through my various game and entertainment sources. This is a very smart device! It comes with a remote but you will hardly need to use it! When you turn on the newest device, it will auto search that and display that one; even if you leave say the roku or cable on... So you can play your switch or playstaton, turn that off, and it will return to the roku or cable, as that's the next available source! So, I have to first off compliment the vendor. The fist unit I had did not work. I tired all of the trouble shooting steps on line and from their response to my email. Still no luck getting the original unit to work. They ended up sending me a replacement unit. It took only a few days to process my request and receive my replacement. And best of all, it works as advertised.Great little unit with a remote for all of us couch slugs. Thanks to the great response to my issues I'd recommend this product to anyone with the need to connect multiple HDMI enabled devices to one TV input.

The simplicity of 4K Ultra HD is great. The power cable supply is good. The 4 connections (IN) is very good for my use. Initial connection and signal was very good to my Smart Samsung 4K TV. The IR remote is very limited and any attempt to place the HDMI Switch in any location other than directly in front is not useable.While the TV was displaying cable channels, I selected another input port, via the remote. blackout and message from the TV was "No Connection" from the source. Product switches sources, but the resolution is horrible. The switch downgrades the quality on my Xbox Series X and PS5. Would not recommend.

I have had this now since 2022 and have had only 1 issue. The remote tends to not work as great. However, the HDMI switcher will detect which one is on so that I do not have to use the remote. It does its job, and so far, has lasted without issue.

I play a lot of retro consoles and switches like this are super convenient. Before this product I had a few dual HDMI switches, but this one is definitely a game changer for me having 4 inputs. After little rearrangement of wires this made life so much easier. I can smoothly switch between inputs with a remote too, which for me to bounce between PS4, Apple TV and my Nintendo Switch is awesome.For those of you who have mounted TVs , this is makes life easier if adding new hdmi accessories.
