My hdmi switch is working out great for me. It is easy to hook up and use plus the remote control make it a good investment.

Originally purhcased this item in September of last year. I was very pleased with it, until it stopped working this month. I wrote the seller who confirmed they'd send me a replacement in four days. I got the replacement in about three days. It's a metalic black one instead of the metalic green, but it works well. I'm hoping it'll last longer than the first switch. It's hard not to give this a good review based on the price, the nice metal enclosure, and the convenience it provides if you need to switch between multiple HDMI devices.I bought this because I'm spending 6 months in a rental while my nice AV receiver sits in a moving POD so I wanted a quick and easy solution for switching between the rental's cable box, my DVD player, and my Apple TV. This does exactly what I need for a very reasonable price. 5-stars so far.My only complaints:1. An extremely plain, utilitarian remote that's made of EXTREMELY cheap plastic. Inexpensive and works great! No need to spend more than this to get a few extra HDMI ports. My latest TV only has two ports, so with the security camera and a few other devices, I constantly had to reach the back and switch the devices. For a few bucks extra, I no longer have to do that anymore. The remote helps, and signal as well as picture quality is unaffected. Let hope it lasts!

We bought a cheap TV a couple of years ago for my son. It only has two HDMI ports. One is taken up by the soundbar, while the other was taken up by a Roku.This HDMI switch allows him to plug additional items in. Right now he has a Nintendo Switch and a Roku connected. I will likely hook up his computer as well.

UPDATE: Trying to return this junk and the only no box no label option is to drive to another state to drop it off at Staples when there is a UPS Store just a few miles fromy location. Amazon wanting me to pay for a box and to print a label makes them as good as the horrible seller of this junk!! AVOID BUYING THIS ITEM OR FROM THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS!!Absolutely doesn't work. I tested each cable and each device separately and all my equipment works perfectly. However, once connected to this garbage device all you can get is a snowy signal at best, and even then pops and hisses back and forth

Doesn’t support HDMI CEC meaning your device can’t turn on the tv, you have to use the remote for the tv to turn it on. Otherwise pretty good.
