I really like this set. I mean, it’s not going to replace your block of good kitchen knives, but that’s not its purpose. However, for a camper, a boat, or you simply travel to visit friends and family and you routinely get tasked with cooking at other people’s homes and their knives are always dull as a cue ball, this travel set is just the thing!
This set is… fine. Not amazing, but not bad either. What I do like is that it comes with everything in one bundle—a large knife, a smaller paring knife, and a medium-sized knife, plus scissors, a knife sharpener, and even a small cutting board. It’s nice to have all the basics covered in one go.The cutting board is pretty small though. I personally don’t see myself using it much because you really don’t have a lot of room to work with. It might be fine for quick, small tasks, but not for prepping anything substantial.The scissors are actually solid, and I like that they come apart for easy cle
