Hi-Ho Cherry-O, Classic Childrens Counting Game, by Winning Moves Games USA

We’ve been playing Hi-Ho Cherry-O with my girls and it’s been such a fun throwback. It instantly brought me back to playing this as a kid, and now getting to share it with them feels really special.The game is simple enough for little ones to understand, but still keeps them engaged and excited every spin. It’s great for learning counting, taking turns, and just having some good old-fashioned family fun without screens.Downside: the cherries are pretty small, so if you’ve got very young kids or pets around, you’ll want to keep an eye on them (and maybe do a quick piece count before cleanup 😅)

I remember this game from when I was little. Now that I have a granddaughter I was thrilled to find they still sell this game. I am glad I paid just a bit more to get this well made version of Hi-Ho Cherry-O. There is a cheaper version, but little kids would ruin that game easily.This version comes in a cardboard box. Game is fun and easy for little ones to play. Better designed than the old version. If an excited child bumped the game, the cherries would fly everywhere. Cherries stay in place on this new design.

This game really takes me back to my childhood which is why I purchased it for my children. Counting the cherries on the tree have been so beneficial for my littles to have fun AND learn at the same time. We've had this for weeks now and there hasn't been day that they haven't played. If I could change one thing it would be the cardboard spinner. It began to warp in a couple of weeks so I attached it to a more solid foundation so it'll last.

This is a great game for learning, critical thinking, counting and sorting. Kids love it. I highly recommend it.

Great to see a classic game that hasn't been "reimagined for modern audiences". Very good for young children overall as a concept and game. The spinner is kind of garbage, as the pointer itself isn't that good and the cardboard itself of the spinner came slightly bent, which makes positioning the thing to actually give you a fair spin kind of hard. I can manage to spin it well with careful positioning, but for the 3 to 5 year olds that will primarily play this game I could see that being frustrating.

Grandkids loved it. I loved the nostalgic feel. I played with same hi ho cherry O in preschool.

Perfect first gift for non-reader. Adds to the child’s ability to count, take turns, spin the wheel, use fine motor movements to pluck the cherries and put them in their basket. Perfect gift for a child just learning games who doesn’t know how to read yet.
