The noise cancelling works decent but only seems to completely block out background noise if your music is turned up slightly. These came in original packaging and look totally brand new. I bought these for work as I work from home and make quite a few calls, but don't like the type of headphones that have the external mic arm that comes closer to your mouth. These are perfect.
