Highly recommend for the person who wants quality knives but doesn't spend all day in the kitchen
It's just one day, but I'm really pleased with my Klaus Meyer knives. They have an amazing look and feel, and the knife block looks fantastic - I'm worried about all the little nicks and pokes I'll undoubtedly put in it over the years when I insert the knives.I didn't realize until inserting my new knives for the first time that the set didn't include a carving fork, though I rarely used the fork in my old set. It appears that Klaus Meyer doesn't include carving forks in any of their sets. I'll get way more use out of the scissors, which are included, and it will be handy to have them ready to

Good looking, heavy knives. Dishwasher safe. Tight fit under cabinets-consider this.
These are great, high quality. I tried stainless handles and non stainless handles and decided on stainless because I could get 13 piece set. The only consideration to keep in mind is the wood holder is vertical and limits placement under cabinets.

Excellent knife set. It is a very easy to cut, then wash, and wipe. Carbon steel is amaizing. After each use it looks all time as a new.

Great knife set, I have noticed they do better with hand washing as they aren’t as rust resistant as noted. But they are better then most. Very clean and pleasing to the eye!
