First off, this is not OLED, so if you absolutely need "perfect" blacks, you probably should keep looking. Caveat: I love this monitor but I'm giving it 3 stars because I paid retail for it and Amazon sent me an obviously used/previously opened monitor that wasn't even in the correct full packaging. It was in perfect shape and worked perfectly so we kept it, because we were in a production crunch — but I would not buy a monitor from Amazon again. This is used with a M1 Max MacBook Pro over Thunderbolt 4 (since this Mac predates TB5) and it's working fine. If I run it true 6K the interface elements are microscopic so I use 3072x1728 HiDPI resolution. This makes the OS interface elements double in size so it looks like a 3072x1728 screen, but the actual DPI of the screen itself is still the full 6K. Look up how Apple does its scaling for more information on that, but it's working at the full 6K and everything looks extra sharp and crisp.
