Before I bought this monitor, I read the reviews on here and on other websites. Then I went to the LG website listed under Product Description on this page and downloaded the Monitor Driver and the On Screen Control Support software (for Windows and Mac) which lets you choose Screen Split (to arrange multiple windows), Monitor Settings, My Application Presets and Game Mode Settings before I bought the monitor.I am not a gamer so I don't have any high quality games to try.I also downloaded the User Manual in PDF format, the link to download the User Manual is under Product Guides and Documents

I use these as satellite monitors for my gaming setup. For me, I just needed an affordable monitor, and these work great. I’ll admit that the quality isn’t “top shelf,” but the quality you get for the cost is there. The colors look good and sharp, and the 60Hz refresh is fine when you’re not actively gaming on it. If you need a simple 1080p monitor for a good price, this is a great option.

I really wanted a monitor that lets me adjust the height and tilt, and this monitor lets you do both! I do find that I prefer to just keep it at the highest level, but it's good to have an option. The set up was easy, just screwing in a few screws to set up the stand and then attaching the monitor. This monitor also comes with an HDMI to HDMI cord, so if you don't have an HDMI port on your laptop you will need an adaptor. Picture quality is great; I don't game so I don't know if the refresh rate and picture quality is good for that, but I've watched HD movies on this monitor and it's amazing.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:A rather later review, but I have been using this regularly since 2022 and never once ran into any issues ! PLEASE BLINDLY TRUST THIS! Resolution:Great resolution and setting help to keep and maintain brightness throughout the day. No complains at all. there is no distortion of image.

Product is awesome, I bought one for my "side monitor" and my wife thought it looked cool and wanted one, so I bought a second one. No regrets!I can't quite match up my whites with my larger LG monitor. I've got them both their color profiles from LG's website. I've mixed and matched the profiles, I've played with and mixed and match the physical settings, but still just can't seem to get a nice solid white.. It's still white, but next to my other monitor's white, it hurts a bit.Still great value, great quality picture, I can live with the slight yellow tinge because the rest makes up for it.
