I bought this card several months ago. It's lived up to expectations and endures a pretty heavy workload of video editing 4k footage in Davinci, Premiere, After Effects, 3D work in Maya, sculpting in Z Brush, gaming in 4K even for new AAA titles. If I need extra FPS I just throw on DLSS or run the game in 1440p to fill out my 240hz OLED. Really quiet card, which stays cool and silent most of the time. I've been happy with this card since day one, although it was scary buying it before there were any reviews... I'm glad to see many other satisfied owners.

So far it's kicking some serious fps butt. I went from a 3070ti to the 3090ti (which im still favoring except for power consumption and heat production) to the 4070ti and now settling on this. Rolling off of 24 gigs to 16 is tough. I'm a huge fan of head room. I never use more than half of any of my resources so to watch some instances where i see vram creep up to 10 gigs whilst multi-tasking is a little cringy for me but with the right dosage of phuckitol, i manage. This was a good deal compared to other 4080 cards at the time of my purchase, and I have been very happy with the card's performance. I was using a 4070 on another system but had the budget to do a new build and landed on this one. Man, does it look cool to boot. It will be tough to use anything but an MSI card in the future. It is a good investment!

Overall this guy is a beast, however I feel like for the value of this guy, you should be getting more. I honestly would’ve went with a 4060 super because it’s a better value for the money. Don’t get me wrong though, this gpu is still a beast capable of running Crysis remastered at 240 frames lightwork. If you have the money it’s worth it but if you’re trying to stay in a budget, go for the 4060 super!
