I have had this camera for all of two hours, delivered to my office. I have taken pictures around the building, inside and out, light areas and dark, and for a point and shoot, this appears to be an excellent introductory camera coming at a reasonable price. OK, I'm a cranky old man and it took me days to decide on this camera. I searched and read gobs of stuff and pushed the button on this one.Now, this camera comes with an instruction manual or there is one online for free. USB cord and batteries.The manual has all this complicated mumbo-jumbo but I relied on FULL AUTO for my shooting. I set it on auto and went to work taking pics of stuff I needed to document. This camera is okay considering that it is an inexpensive point and shoot, but there is much room for improvement.Pros:(1) Very light and small, easy to carry on treks and hikes.(2) Picture resolution is quite good even in low light (night). See examples below.(3) Uses regular batteries and battery does not drain rapidly unless you take videos often.Cons:(1) Video sound quality is unacceptable. Much worse than most cell phones. This camera fits to my basic photography needs. I originally thought of getting an SLR but hubby argues about it's price, use practicality and weight inconvenience for travel. It was delivered on time and without any damage. Putting the strap, attaching the lens cap, battery and inserting the memory card, all took me about 10 minutes to figure and it was good to go!Here is an important note. There are people gave reviews on how you have to use the flash all the time cause of picture light issue and the mention of blurry photos and a complain about it's being good more for outdoor pics.
