Tiiyee Mini Rice Cooker, 1L 12v Portable Rice Maker Car Food Steamer 2 Cup

Tried this on my way to beach, cooked in 15 minutes with their small 1.5 cups of rice. WOW! Unbelievable a hot meal ready to go! So easy!

I’m on the road a lot so this cooker helps me heat food and cook when needed. I don’t eat rice much but it’s great for canned soups, stews and oatmeal.Saves me money from buying expensive fast food on the road. The design makes it spill proof when closed and the outside gets warm after cooking but won’t burn you. So it’s definitely safe to use in a vehicle.No on off switch just red light for cooking and green light for keep warm. It’s labeled in Chinese but it’s easy to see which mode it was in from the wattage of my power station. Uses About 90-105 watts when cooking. 40-50 watts when in warm

So far this little cooker works great for camping. The directions aren't the best due to language barrier and it does take quite a while to steam rice with it. But it does the job and the rice comes out great. Cooking speed would bump up the rating to 5/5 but this would likely be at the expense of electricity draw, which may tax my system. So overall I'd give it 4.5/5 stars

Pretty impressed with this considering it's made for mobile use with a cigarette lighter adapter, I deliberately used one of my dc 12v capable power banks to cook jasmine rice. It does suck a lot of wattage when it's cooking, but once the timer goes off the warming feature does just fine and doesn't draw a lot of power. I'm all thumbs in the kitchen, and I managed not to burn this rice so I'm pretty darn pleased with it!

This is a great rice cooker, not only does it make the perfect white rice, you can make rice and beans together, and chicken with rice. I even cooked beef stew with it and instant stove top stuffing.This turned out to be my favorite item by far.The best part it makes everything pretty quick.

For testing, I've used 2 cups of rice with 2 5 cups of water. The cooker supposed to draw 100 watts / hour for a 30 minute cooking cycle, but instead, it drew only 29-39 watts, and took over 6 HOURS to finish! As such, it is completely useless! Also: the measuring cup was cracked and the user manual had no information about the buttons on the unit, which are labeled in Chinese instead of English! COMPLETE JUNK! 😬👎

What an incredible little thing, perfect when I go camping, although I used it at home when I’m cooking for just two. It did a great job texture and taste no different from our regular rice cooker.I love it and it makes life totally easy when we go camping
