Many drawbacks to this "dream cooker"1. Don't like their natural release - pot releases pressure every few seconds once pressure cooking time is reached. It beeps just before it does an auto release, but I feel it's dangerous. There isn't enough time to move away if you need to. I would hate to use this in a house with small kids.2. The constant beeping and auto release is annoying ... I prefer InstantPot which just vents the pressure slowly somehow, or pot just loses pressure. Quietly, no auto-venting3. For fast release, I have to hold down a button on top of the lid. I always use pot holders
