    Quite and nice range hood

    This product is a replacement. It is much quite than the old one. The light is bright and has two levers. The power has 4 levels. Also it has an auto stop function!

    It started automatically even I don’t start it

    After I installed the hood , It started itself automatically even I didn’t start it . It waked me up a few times at night i thought there was a wind storm but just the hood working automatically. Is there something wrong ? What can I do?

    The product round duct size is 7 inch instead of the description saying 6 inch

    be careful --- this product round duct size is 7 inch instead of the description saying 6 inch. It's actually less than 7 inch since my worker purchase a 7" to 6" connector, it cannot match the duct well, still has a gap.

    My is 7'' Top Round Ducting. I don't know how to do now.

    I had a technician come to install the range hood today, only to discover that the connecting ring between the exhaust vent and the exhaust duct was missing. I had to run around trying to buy one, which wasted a lot of time, and even then, the replacement might not be the right fit. You really need to improve your quality control in the future.

    Good quality, powerful and low noise comparing to our previous one. One thing need to note: it is 7 inch vent hole, if you have a 6 inch vent pipe, you need to purchase a 7 to 6 inch vent adapter (Home Depot sells this)

    It is a good product with a design issue

    This range hood has strong air flow. It's fans are positioned near the front in such a way to suck fume from 4-burner stove. It has 3-way duct options. I used rectangular duct option. However, you need to seal the gaps for the options, you don't use. One big design problem is that the fan covers cannot be removed for taking out fans. Although the range hood has a heat cleaning device. But users will eventually need to remove fans for cleaning accumulated oil. Also, the fan chamber will need cleaning.
