Dock works very well with my MSI laptop. Comes with a 80Gbps thunderbolt cable that is backward compatible. Very solid construction that had no issue with my 3090 GPU. No special drivers were required for windows 11. Additional card is recognized and will take over as primary display, but windows will require a reboot. I have had no issues with powering on before or after windows is booted. Powering off and going back to the independent Nvidia GPU on the laptop itself requires uninstall of the laptop Nvidia GPU, and then scan for hardware changes.
