Great camera for the price. I've used this dash camera in multiple vehicles during the 3 years of owning it, and it has never failed me, from 102 summers to -3 f winters (quite reliable). It captures great video, and at night as well; the app to watch and review videos is actually quite pleasant to use. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a great option. i'm writing this review on my literal day 1 of owning the camera and only just now finished installing it in my car. (the pic attached is from when i had JUST turned it on while i was in the passenger seat and was still fiddling with the angle. Price has come down significantly for this model making it worth it especially because it has really great video resolution. I won't try to repeat what dozens of other people have already said over and over.Currently installing a different brand Dash Cam on my other vehicle that was gifted to me. The settings on the other one are 100% controlled by its app making me appreciate this one on that feature. (The reason that can get annoying is because you also have to connect to Dash Cams through Wi-Fi as well in order to access them through their apps). This one has buttons and a menu letting you

*** 3 year update - far out, where did that 3 years go?? I blinked and missed it 😔 ... Anyway, It's been 3 years and this camera still functions fine. The built in battery that powers the camera briefly while parked doesn't hold a charge as long as it did when new. It will power the camera for about 30 seconds (+/-) as a standalone power source if the camera is set to detect impacts while parked. If you have the power supply offered by Rove this won't be an issue. I've been extremely happy with this camera. For the money I couldn't have asked for more! For the money, this is a great product. I would strongly recommend new users thoroughly read the manual and any of the information cards that come with the dash cam to include formatting the memory card BEFORE you set it up. I owned two of this exact dashcam. I found both to work very well, good quality images etc.One died in about 2 years while the other made it to about 3. They both look brand new but the lenses simply failed. They still record but the image is now blank on the screen and card.I really liked these but may not but this brand again due to this repeating failure. I've had the camera for a few months now, and it honestly works just fine. This review is mostly intended to talk about some of the concerns that I'm sure many other people have already discussed.Pros:1. The camera was very easy to install right out of the box.
