    Poor customer service & wheel pole too short

    Poor customer service. The pole connecting the wheels was cut too short that the pin hole cannot be accessed, therefore I have to place the wheels in-between not allow securement. I have gone back & forth with their customer svc for 5 days and they are still not understanding the issue. Pending updates.

    Looks good and sturdy. Auto ignition doesnt work.

    Stove is sturdy and looks good compared to other outdoor stoves in the market. Wheels are helpful for mobility. Installation took time.The gas connection outlet on the stove blocks one of the hooks, which makes it not usable. Design could be better.After installation and putting in the battery, Auto ignition is not working. I saw the spark for the first time and then it stopped working. So had to use external lighter to light it.

    Piece of junk

    I bought two of these stoves for Christmas would not light with the push button striker piece of junk will not buy from this company again they wouldn’t make it right no fefund
