Attractive Monitor, Web CAM did not work, until discovery of a work around.
Attractive very slim monitor with 4K. Web Cam with its intended connection to a USB port on the back of the monitor would not work in computer mode or Smart Monitor mode. Got rid of the 90 degree magnetic attachment and used a USB-C cable directly into the PC worked well then. Could never get the connection it was designed to use to work in any mode.Good bright picture and the wife loves it in her kitchen computer setup. Would be a 5 except for the Web Cam issue.

5 Months In, USB-C Dead and Samsung Won't Fix It
I purchased this monitor 5 months ago as an external monitor for my Mac. The USB-C connection stopped working out of the blue -- no changes to my setup, no drops, no damage. I've tried multiple USB-C cables and multiple ports with no success.I can connect via HDMI, but HDMI doesn't support the camera -- which is a major selling point of this monitor -- and caps the picture at 1080p instead of the advertised 4K. So I'm paying for a 4K + camera monitor and using it as a basic 1080p screen.After several hours with Samsung support, they couldn't fix it and want me to ship the monitor in for repair

Better than I expected
I purchased this "Monitor" to replace my 16 year old one.It does so much more than my old monitor. It has many features I did not realize cam with the monitor. It comes with a Multiple Panel of different ways to use the monitor. One of my facorite is the TV Mode. It is a Full TV Package. With Wifi and Ethernet connections.Color is great, screen covers 96% of the face area. With only a 1/4" bottom edge. Probable for structural purposes.This is a keeper! Buy without fear.
