It was a little off-putting not having a manual in the box, but after sorting the web, I was able to find a pdf copy of the manual in English that I could download to my desktop. It's a great machine. The Youtube video demos are always best for me anyway. It didn't come with a dust cover but that's okay.Overall, I absolutely love it.     I love this machine!

    This is my first serger and I love it! I have been sewing for years and wanted something that worked better for knits. This machine is clean and modern looking. As other reviews mentioned, it is a little hard to thread but I found a YouTube video that made it very simple. It is fast and quiet -- great machine!

    Impossible to thread and use.

    I bought this serger because it was the most similar model to my Singer Serger I purchased, and have used for the last 10 years. When I unboxed the new serger, I immediately noticed it was MUCH lighter weight than my previous model. I should have returned it at that point. My mistake.The overall design of this serger causes constant thread tension issues. Achieving a consistent, even serge stitch is impossible.The worst part is how IMPOSSIBLE it is to thread. I’m very experienced with threading sergers. This one is a nightmare. The diagram on the machine is not easy to figure out, so I went to

    Handles 2-4 thread overlocking well. Differential feed prevents puckering. However, threading is tricky (requires tutorials), LED light is dim. 1200SPM suits home use but not industrial needs.
