Installation was very straightforward. It looks wonderful - it gives a very modern touch to the kitchen. My only negative comment is I wish the light was brighter, or perhaps have two lights instead of just one in the back. The fans are great and provide a perfect range from weak to strong. Overall, recommend this fan and would buy again.

First of all, if you're just putting this in your kitchen to fill the space, it's basically perfect.The install was super easy, though your mileage may vary depending on where your outlet is.The biggest negative is the LED light - it's VERY cheap looking, it's positioned way in the back and just provides this weird little pool of light - it's barely useful as a task light. Trying to at least replace it with a less white light, will update if I figure it out.The second negative is the buttons - they work and feel solid but they look pretty cheap.The fan seems okay? I love my new range hood! The suction is very good, a bit noisy but I don't mind. The led lights are bright, almost like daylight, im saying almost. Very simple hood but good quality and it looks amazingly over my stove..

It was the best small vent system I could find.The chimney was two sections, one that slid inside the other, but left an ugly line at the intersection. I'm lucky to have the tools, so I made a single piece chimney and it looks way better.I also do not like the light, which is positioned in the back. It may work as a night light but it's not very good as a cooking light.
