Very powerful, and I was able to DIY the installation. The controls are convenient, and I was skeptical about the touch screen at first, but it’s far better than my old press‑button unit. I especially like the 1‑minute countdown option when powering off.

Price driven selection however it also had to replace existing chimney unit. It replaced nearly perfectly so very lucky there. For the price this is a very good choice. Clean look. Nice bright lights. Suction is very good. We find the unit to be loud, but we were used to a high end 4-speed Thermador. Installation was OK in the end. Just a bit of a challenge understanding the instructions. Very good value overall.
Instructions lacked this detail look at these images it will help. The missing info is the one where you have to slighlt bend the vent exhaust flaps in order for them to fit in the adjacent holes. Otherwise nice hood.
Update: They got a hold of me and sent out a new one that works. The switch stopped working and they worked fast on getting me an replacement
First one looked like it was dropped... dented. Replacement looks great but the fan is dead... only hums. The only option I get now is return for refund. I got a good deal on Black Friday so I want to get a replacement or a fan motor but cannot find how to contact seller or manufacturer...or, even speak to someone at Amazon! UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller who sent me a replacement after troubleshooting. Although I haven't installed it yet, it appears to work fine.
