Super Simple Physics: The Ultimate Bitesize Study Guide

Super Simple Physics is an excellent book to introduce a middle school student to Newtonian physics. It is extremely well-illustrated and organized, with easy-to-understand examples that relate to everyday life. It does a great job of covering the depth and breadth of Newtonian physics in summary form with occasional simple math examples requiring no more than a basic knowledge of how to manipulate an algebraic equation (it explains how when it does so) and simple trigonometry using a calculator. The problem is, AFAICT, that there is zero mention of relativity (general or special) and quantum

This book series gives a good base knowledge for the subjects that they're introducing from smithsonian and will help my son tremendously with his studies in high school. He's almost finished all of them still in junior high.

I love the graphics. They are beautiful, clear and not too many to a space. The explanations are also concise and appropriate for kids. The range of concepts is thorough but not overwhelming. It's actually fun to just read through and also a PERFECT reference book too.

This type of book is really engaging for kids and can easily capture their attention for a long time. It creates great screen-free time, which is very beneficial for their development.That said, in terms of content organization, it would be even better if each topic could be explored from a wider range of angles. Also, the way topics are introduced could be improved—starting with simpler concepts and then gradually building into deeper, more comprehensive explanations. A clearer progression from basic to more advanced ideas would make the content easier to understand and more effective overall

What a great resource to use along with a physics class! My son, 13, is homeschooled and taking physics this year. This book really makes the concepts he learning simple to understand. Highly recommend!

Very helpful for a beginner learning physics. With colorful and detailed examples the book makes learning more fun and reinforces more knowledge than black and white printed sheets given out by a teacher.

What an amazing book! I was hooked at first sight. I wish it had a hardcover, though. But the print quality is excellent, and it's packed with content. Now I just have to read it and learn a lot.
