This book is the new go-to guide for pediatric PT documentation! It is easy to read with very organized for anyone in the field of physical therapy. I most love all of the great examples and writing prompts across the multiple pediatric age groups for SOAP note sections, billing codes, evaluations, discharges, and letters of medical necessity. Documentation in pediatrics can be super challenging for students and new grads. Why not make it easier with this book?!I thought this book was very thorough and it covers so many aspects of documentation that is so specific to pediatrics. It gives TONS of examples which is what really drives the points home.This book is A MUST for any student or new grad in pediatrics!
