trustworth, great images, could be more comprehensive

I trust this author (who I follow on youtube for his educational videos for osteopaths, bodyworkers, and manual therapists). The images are clear and instructions are easy to follow. It's a fairly short guide, so it's not totally comprehensive. But I'm glad I have it to reference instead of sifting through tons of videos online. I like being able to go straight to a trustworthy source.

I really like this book except for one major disappointment; it doesn't show the stretched position in which to apply the tape!!!You have to watch the videos... Which takes away the whole point of having a book. Also I don't have a QR detector on my phone so the links they provide don't work for me. Sad.
