Razor sharp, keeps an edge. Been having them since before Christmas and we are 3/23/26 and still sharp. Heavy knives. Only bad thing is the case it comes in, knives so sharp, they stab through it, not leather for sure. Other than that, great set of knives.

I received the knives as a gift. The knives were exceptional sharp out of the packing. The knife was so sharp that it cut through the leather case during the removal. They cut through meat like butter. These are great knives for someone who appreciates good knives.

The handle shape gives comfort and is lite weight which provides great functionality while cutting/trimming, as for cleaning I have noticed the some of the black rubs off but that was initially cleaning which is easy. Made of high quality. The leather case is great, for protection.

The knife set comes with 11 knives for everything from skinning, deboning, slicing, chopping, etc. there are 11 well-made blades in total, as well as a pair of anti-cut gloves, a finger guard for when ur slicing vegetables, a sharpening rod, a sharpening stone, and a hard leather case that rolls up for storage. (With finagling, I was able to get my stone, cutting guard and gloves to roll up inside the leather with the knives. This set would be great for that fisherman or hunter in the family. Or even for a great grill master! Worth EVERY penny!!!

They are good knifes, I was under the impression from the photos, that they cam with a cutting board, mine did not. Knifes are not as sharp as I would have thought. I had to sharpen each of them before use. Not what I expected for the price

I bought this for my son. He absolutely loves it! The knives are sharp. It comes in a foldable storage. It even includes a safety glove for protection! He uses these knives for everything!
