Thai Yoga Massage: A Dynamic Therapy for Physical Well-Being and Spiritual Energy

I'm a massage therapist thinking about taking a Thai-Yoga massage class to add to my modalities. I thought I'd buy this book/DVD set and try it out before I invested the considerable time and money into taking a class. After having reviewed the book and and DVD all I can say is ...WOW. The DVD is great for learniong a basic routine and the book supports it well. The info is presented in a clear and concise manner. The price on this set is lower than most other books and/or DVD out there and and is filled with lots of great info. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering learning this

If your thai yoga training is just a tad rusty, this is a great refresher course in a book. Succint, but good photos and explanations for the poses.

This book and companion DVD are a great refresher for those who have done hands on training. It could be used by newbies as well, but I always suggest it in addition to hands on training.

great accompaniment to the hands on course

This is a good book with lots of detailed instruction, but it didn't really offer me anything I hadn't already learned in my Thai yoga massage training course and the associated manuals. It's a good reference, but I find I look more often at my class manuals than at this book.

it is about one interesting book, but there is not enough about body anatomy. But for the price really ok.
