The Game: Rebels of Ridgecrest High, Book 3

I thought the ending of the first book was wow but the ending of this book! My goodness! Watching the relationship development between Mila and the boys in this book is something different than most why chooses. I love that the author doesn’t shy away from its unconventional and that there will be jealousy even when they are accepting of each other. I love them each learning to navigate their feelings. I love that Asher’s presence in the stayed true to who he was in book 1. I can’t wait to run for book 4.

I have been waiting for Asher to join but Wtf was that ending…. Talk about a cliffhanger. Thankfully, I can start the 4th book.

But for me, it was a lot of the same thing. Wow. This foursome of best friends that grew up together are now dealing with real heavy stuff. Mila and Hunter are now a couple, but her love for Roman cannot be denied either. Roman is now on his own since his father was killed. Love getting to know the characters and how they are shifting. Roman is coming out if his shell so much. Asher is showing how much he loves Mila. Jace is making up for his mistakes. Hunter is still hunter. 😄 the only complaint I would have is the grammar errors. Made it a little hard to read in some areas. Overall, great book!

Ok I'm kinda conflicted. Don't get it twisted I really enjoyed this book even though it didn't pick up when book 2 ended. Also I'm glad that the drama with Jace is over but he still has a lot to make up for. OMG that cliffhanger ending was so unexpected. But I'm looking forward to seeing what else is in store for this series.

This book was perfect in that it tied up all of the loose ends from book two, but HOLY WHAT IN THE HECK *insert all of the expletives* because that ending has me UN. WELL.First of all- Yes!! Finally we get to see Asher!Second- WTF is that ending??? I have so many conspiracy theories about what could have happened. No spoilers, but I’m calling it now. It was the mom. She’s terrible.I cannot wait for book 4!!!
