I bought this VEVOR shawarma grill mainly to cook whole stacks of chicken, and it has exceeded my expectations. The 13 lb capacity is no joke. It easily handles large amounts of meat, which makes it great for meal prep or cooking for several people at once.The dual electric burners heat evenly and give you good control over the cooking process. Once it’s warmed up, it maintains temperature well and cooks the meat evenly as it rotates. The outside gets nicely browned while the inside stays juicy, which is exactly what you want from a shawarma-style cooker.Build quality feels solid for a counter

This will never get hot enough to ensure a safe cooking temperature. The heating elements never turn red like the picture.

13lb capacity? Idk how. Its a good machine, sturdy material. Some edges are a little too sharp. If you want to bake a chicken make sure to get a small one, no more than 3 lbs otherwise it will not fit. Wings and breast will almost (less than 1/4 inch) touch the grill, thus burning them or char these parts. If you do any other meat then, it's a perfect machine, but I wish VEVOR would come up with a wider version.

Overall, this isn't a bad product but it is definitely not my go to tool in the kitchen. It is kind of bulky so finding space to store can be challenging, overall it is fairly easy to clean, my only complaint would be the length of time it takes to cook. It uses A LOT of power so don't have it on the same breaker as any other major appliance. Making chicken shawarma took 6 hours before the meat hit temp, and gyro meat (50/50 lamb and beef) took nearly 5hrs before we could start shaving it. I definitely think I'd prefer actually grilling meat on a propane or charcoal grill over using the shawar

Nop.... Trabaja muy despacio. Necesitas por lo menos 4 horas para cocinar un tempo. La temperatura es solo tibia no lo recomiendo

This grill is a plus for gyros and rotisserie chicken. We’ve made both and found it to be an excellent.

Horrible machine. Will warn everyone I know not to buy! Temperature control doesn’t work at all will not get hot.
