I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WEST BEND RICE AND GRAIN COOKER. I MADE A MISTAKE BUYING ANOTHER RICE COOKER NAMED AROMA AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH IT. WEST BEND DOESN'T HAVE ANY EXPOSED METAL SCREWS, EXEPT FOR A STAINLESS STEEL METAL HEAT SENSOR, BUT THE RICE COOKER WORKS VERY WELL. I WILL BUY A LARGE WEST BEND RICE COOKER IF I CAN FIND ONE. I LIKE THE POT BECAUSE IT IS PROTECTED WITH NON-STICK COATING ALTHOUGH ITS RIM HAS EXPOSED METAL. I COVERED ALL OUTER EXPOSED SCREWS WITH ANTI-RUST PAINT. DON'T MIMMIC WHAT I DID WITH THE ANT-RUST SPRAY PAINT PLEASE. THERE WERE NOT MANY OF THEM IN WEST

I originally bought one somewhere else as a gift. I immediately regretted not getting myself one then. So I bought 1 through Amazon a couple years later, amazed by the one I gave away. Lol. It makes rice.... only complaint is that it showed up with a dent right out of the box... but I didn't want to go threw the hassle or returning it when it still was functional.

I love this thing. It's super easy to use. I make regular rice in it, but I also love making Mexican rice or chicken flavored rice as well. It's definitely a "set it and forget it" kind of device. I haven't had anything stick or burn in it yet either everything comes out perfectly! The only thing I wish it had was a power button so I didn't have to unplug it to turn it off after the rice is done.Overall, this is a fantastic rice cooker at a good price!

Great at first but now it won’t work says it’s a sensor issue so now it won’t cook anything.

I really like it!! The rice comes out good and doesn’t take too long. Did not make a hot steamy/bubbly mess like other rice cookers I’ve had. The window is nice so you can attempt the watch the rice cook like watching your food cook in the microwave. Looks great on the countertop! Matches my air fryer! I will try to make different foods in it later, but for rice, it’s a winner!

After three months of use I am happy to report that the rice cooker is performing well. We have put it through its paces on a daily basis with no issues to report. The only drawback to report which really is not a deal breaker is the steam that collects on the inside of the lid drips into a slot around the inside of the cooker when the lid is opened. You have to wipe it out with a paper towel to keep it from overflowing onto the outside of the cooker. At this stage of ownership, I definitely recommend his Rice Cooker.
