Wreckfest doesn't quite (but almost!) reach the realness of the car physics of those games, but the sheer insanity of the action makes up for it. As far as online play, I've only been playing the quick match option; have no complaints so far. I have seen very little lag, unlike what I've seen with GTS.I almost gave it 4 stars, though, for the following reasons:- No split screen play so you can play alongside a friend.- Acquiring enough credits (so you can purchase more cars, etc) is extremely slow. Solid, pick up and play arcade game. I have to give the developers credit for still mixing-up the online events through March 2021, when I got the game. The graphics, physics, car designs, and car damage design are all well done. In particular, track debris is really good. You can hit hay bales, fences, tire walls, and fence posts, and they can all spill onto the track. It's for show, as one the debris is on the track, it doesn't effect car paths.
